Tier Two: $40/HR Charged to Commission Statement
• Account Paperwork
– Acquisition of appropriate documents
– Pre-filing of documents for clients
– Handle sending, receiving, and follow-up
• Account Maintenance
– Management of periodic plans
– RMD calculation and tracking
– Troubleshooting at an account level
• Collect and enter data for reporting purposes
• Client Correspondence
– Receive incoming calls and messages
– Answer questions and aid
– Assist client with online access
– Send out client appreciation cards
• Assist in maintaining calendar
• Submit marketing/correspondence to compliance for review
• Handle billing discrepancies
• Assist with prospecting
• Handle communication with other departments and custodians
• Process money movement requests
